Membership application and/or website registration
The form below can be used by anyone wishing to join Cammeray Croquet Club as a social member, or for experienced players to register for access to some of the website's restricted areas. Having full web access will enable you to enter tournaments and register for invitation events as well as to contact club members in order to arrange a game, without having to be a Cammeray member.
If you are a novice who wants to join the club to learn croquet please use our “starting croquet” form and not the form below.
Members of other clubs can also use this form to apply to take out a membership of Cammeray Croquet Club in addition to their existing club membership (in this case Cammeray will not include CNSW affiliation in its fee).
Former members of other clubs can also use this form to apply for membership as either full or Golf Croquet members.

You should use the 'Notes' area to explain your membership or access requirements - we can be reasonably flexible in this respect.
